Do you have Test Anxiety?

Have you ever been stressed out or nervous before an exam? Do you get queasy or feel ill at ease over the thought of failing a test? Will butterflies enter your stomach or do you just shake and sweat?

You participate in class; you do your homework and you study hard. You understand the material and then testing day comes. Suddenly, your mind blanks out, and your body freezes-up. As your heart accelerates, your breath quickens and you feel the perspiration beading up on your skin. You feel so nervous that nothing on the pages before you makes any sense. What frustrates you even more is that you knew how to answer all of the questions last night, but now you are at a loss on how to respond.

Are You Enjoying Your Life?

Happiness, joy and pleasure are your birthright. If you are not living a happy and fulfilling life, something is amiss. This means that you are not maximizing your potential. Your energy is at rest. It needs to be activated. Why is your life lacking in productivity? What are you hoping to accomplish but never do? 

Everybody has a dream. Do you know yours? Are you living it? Are you succeeding? Is something unbeknownst to you holding you back? Perhaps you had a dream that got squashed down by someone else. Can you find your own way now? Who is preventing you from succeeding? What is blocking your progress? Can you identify it? 

Are you on your path? Possibly the reason why you are feeling down instead of up is because you have been misled, confused and/or disrupted by external beliefs and opinions that are not congruent with your own.
